Wow Ky, that's some snowball!

Last night, when we headed to bed, it was raining and in the mid-30's...The kids and I were hoping to wake up to snow...but it just missed us by a few miles! In the town just north of us - Lake Elsinore - there was lots of snow in the mountains. The Ortega Hwy (goes from Lake E. to San Clemente in O.C.) was closed in the early morning, but we were able to take a drive up there by 10am and enjoy lots of fluffy white snow. We even brought home some snow to make a snowman for our front yard. Even the dogs enjoyed the snow, well, they enjoyed eating it! It turned out that Jackson was home sick, so he was able to see the snow too. Poor guy didn't feel so great though!

ohhhh good for you! We tried to get our snow but only made it to the bottom of the mountain! WE should have gone down Ortega :0) so cool!
